Santa Maria Capua Vetere – Salvatore Di Matola, 38 years old, originally from San Martino Valle Caudina and resident in Ceppaloni, was released from prison by the Surveillance Magistrate of Santa Maria Capua Vetere.
The decision, accepting the request presented by the lawyer Vittorio Fucci and Dr. Giuseppe Vittorio Fucci, grants Di Matola house arrest. Di Matola is known in the news for the attempted murder of the boss of the Pagnozzi clan, Fiore Clemente, and his nephew, which took place in 2022 outside the Pam supermarket in San Martino Caudina Valley.
