NNaples - The State Police have arrested two young Neapolitans, aged 14 and 16, accused of a robbery that took place last Wednesday on Via Marconi.
The Judicial Authority validated the order yesterday, ordering both minors to be held in community custody. According to the reconstruction, the incident occurred when a man was suddenly approached by two individuals on a scooter.

I agree with you, a more proactive and less punitive approach is needed. Young people often have no alternatives, and society must do more to help them avoid these situations.
The police operation was important, but I wonder if it's enough to stop the young delinquents out there. More initiatives are needed to educate these kids and give them a better future.
