Roma – As regional elections approach, Democratic Party Secretary Elly Schlein reassures us that broad convergence is also being sought in two key southern regions: Campania and Puglia. In a recent interview with Affaritaliani, the Democratic Party leader stated:
I'm confident we'll be able to reach an agreement in Puglia and Campania, too, because the stakes are too high to divide us. We'll soon be able to announce the names of those who will be running, following the agreement reached in the Marche region.
.Schlein underlined the commitment of the PD In building broad and successful coalitions, replicating the strategy that has ensured victories in other regions. "With tenacity and a united spirit," he added, "we continue to engage with all political forces that wish to oppose the right."
Meanwhile, intense discussions are underway between the PD and its allies — including M5S, Azione, Italia Viva — to identify the best candidates to support in their respective regions.
The counting of names is expected soon, with the aim of quickly formalizing the candidacies and presenting a united front to challenge the center-right ahead of the autumn vote.

I agree with Loredana, but we must be cautious. Allies like the Five Star Movement and Italia Viva can cause problems if they don't find common ground. What do you think? It's a complicated situation.
I don't know if Schlein will be able to reach an agreement in Puglia and Campania, but the regional elections are crucial. Let's hope we can find the right candidates to fight the advancing right.
