 “50 Kalò di Ciro Salvo London” is the best pizzeria in Europe. The result emerges from “50 Top Europa”, a specialty ranking of the 50 best restaurants in the old continent. The ranking is added to the Italian list of the 2019 edition of “50 Top Pizza”, an online guide to the best pizzerias in Italy, Europe and the world. The Neapolitan pizzeria that won the Fior d'Agerola 50 Top Europa Award is followed on the podium by the Parisian Bijou by Gennaro Nasti, and Bast, in Copenhagen, by the Sicilian-Danish Christian Puglisi. The countries with the highest number of restaurants included in the ranking are England (at 10), France (8) and Germany (5). The ranking sees 23 different nations represented. On June 27 - explains a note - the nominations for the Best Pizzeria in South America and the Best Pizzeria in Brazil and the ranking of 50 Top North America will be revealed. On July 23rd, at the Teatro Mercadante in Naples, the 50 best pizzerias in Italy will be announced and the special prizes and all the foreign awards will be presented.
