È indetto un concorso pubblico, per titoli ed esami, per il reclutamento di complessive 1.514 unità di personale non dirigenziale, a tempo indeterminato, da inquadrare nei ruoli delle amministrazioni del Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, dell’Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro e dell’Istituto Nazionale per l’Assicurazione contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro, per i profili di seguito specificati e secondo la seguente ripartizione:
691 units for the profile of Labour Inspector, Area III – F1, to be classified in the roles of the National Labour Inspectorate, Labour Inspector profile Code CU/ISPL
823 units in the administrative/official profile administrative legal litigation area CU/GIUL code divided as follows:
131 units for the profile of administrative, legal and litigation area official, area III – F1, to be included in the roles of the National Labour Inspectorate;
635 units for the administrative professional profile, area C, economic level C1, to be included in the roles of the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work;
57 units for the profile of administrative, legal and litigation area official, functional area III – F1, to be included in the roles of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
In addition to the normal legal requirements, we would like to point out some specific requirements:
for the 691 units of labor inspector CU/ISPL code, possession of one of the following qualifications. Master's degrees (LM) in: LMG/01 – Law; LM-63 – Public administration sciences or equivalent qualifications according to current legislation; specialist degrees (LS) in: 22/S – Law; 102/S – Theory and techniques of legal regulation and information or equivalent qualifications according to current legislation; bachelor's degree (DL) in: law or equivalent qualifications according to current legislation; degree (L) in: L-14 – Legal services sciences, L-16 – Administration and organization sciences, L-36 – Political sciences and international relations or equivalent qualifications according to current legislation.
For the 131 administrative, legal and litigation area officials to be included in the roles of the National Labor Inspectorate, master's degrees (LM) in: LMG/01 – Law; LM-63 – Public Administration Sciences; LM-62 – Political Sciences or equivalent and comparable qualifications according to current legislation; specialist degrees (LS) in: 22/S – Law; 102/S – Theory and techniques of standardization and legal information; 71/S – Public Administration Sciences; 70/S – Political Sciences or equivalent and comparable qualifications according to current legislation; bachelor's degree (DL) in: law or equivalent and comparable qualifications according to current legislation; degree classes (L) in: L14 – Legal services sciences, L16 – Administrative and organizational sciences, L36 – Political sciences and international relations or equivalent qualifications according to current legislation;
for the 636 administrative professional profile units to be classified in the roles of the National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work, degree (L), degree diploma (DL), specialist degree (LS), master's degree (LM).
The application for admission to the competition can be sent exclusively electronically, by filling in the online form via the system «Step-One 2019».
The pre-selection test, common to professional profiles, will consist of a test, to be solved in sixty minutes, composed of sixty multiple-choice questions, of which forty are aptitude questions to verify the logical-deductive, logical-mathematical and critical-verbal reasoning skills and twenty are aimed at verifying the knowledge of the following subjects: constitutional law, administrative law with particular reference to the regulations on access to administrative documents, transparency, prevention and fight against corruption; labor law and social legislation; discipline of public work. 2. Candidates with disabilities with a percentage of disability equal to or greater than 80% are exempt from the pre-selection test.

The selected candidates will be admitted to subsequent written and oral selection tests, different for each profile.
