Caserta, fight against crime in businesses: agreement between Prefecture and Chamber of Commerce

This morning at the Prefecture of Caserta, Prefect Raffaele Ruberto and the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta Tommaso De Simone signed a collaboration agreement to increase the protection of safety and legality in the territory.

The document allows law enforcement agencies to consult an innovative digital platform called REX (Regional Explorer) to encourage the intensification of targeted controls aimed at preventing possible infiltration by crime into the world of business and work.

With the pact tool it will be possible to consult the aforementioned platform for updated analyses of the various corporate phenomena that affect companies operating in the territory, through the use of various indicators such as, among others: governance and corporate structures, short-lived companies, transfers to the target province, economic-financial indicators, insolvency procedures, bankruptcy procedures, debt restructuring agreements, etc.
