Torre del Greco, four people reported for computer fraud

Greek's tower. Yesterday afternoon the police officers of Greek's tower and the Postal and Communications Police Department carried out a check at an apartment in via del Cimitero in Torre del Greco where they surprised four men busy using computers and who, at the sight of the operators, attempted to flee.

The police stopped and checked them, finding three of them in possession of two debit cards, a mobile phone and 5305 euros, while in the house they found 134 mobile phones with their SIM cards, 113 credit and debit cards, 3 computers, 2 Wi-Fi routers and a USB stick with data relating to bank transfers and current accounts.

Finally, the operators found that computer frauds had been perpetrated from the telephone numbers of some cell phones found in the apartment last month and in the first half of October.

Four people aged 20, 21, 24 and 47, including the last two with police records, have been reported for computer fraud.
