The Council of State accepts the appeal: the mayor of Agropoli is reinstated

The Council of State has suspended the enforceability of the Campania Regional Administrative Court's ruling, accepting the appeal presented by the mayor of Agropoli, Roberto Mutalipassi, who had ordered a return to the polls in four sections of the municipality in the province of Salerno.
