Checks in the Duomo Area, Piazza Mercato and Piazza Dante: 339 People Identified and 159 Vehicles Inspected

In the last few days, the "Nibbio" of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office, together with the Campania Crime Prevention Department, conducted a control operation in the area of ​​the Duomo, in Piazza Mercato and in Piazza Dante.

During these checks, 339 people were identified, including 105 with a police record. 159 vehicles were checked, of which 7 were subjected to administrative seizure. In addition, 12 violations of the Highway Code were contested.

During the operation, the officers also reported a person under special surveillance, who was caught driving a vehicle without a driving license. The control activity contributed to maintaining public order and security in the areas concerned.
