Vomero, caught with drugs: 33-year-old arrested

Yesterday afternoon, officers from the Montecalvario Police Station , as part of their specially prepared operations, while driving along Via Torrione San Martino, noticed a man in a car who, after approaching a person, was about to exchange something for a banknote.

The officers, who promptly intervened to interrupt the criminal process, reached and blocked the suspect, finding him in possession of two packages of cocaine weighing approximately 1 gram, two pieces of hashish weighing approximately 2,8 grams and 210 euros divided into banknotes of various denominations.

For these reasons, a 33-year-old Neapolitan, with a criminal record, including specific ones, was arrested for illicit possession of narcotic substances.
