Crispano mourns 17-year-old Davide Di Giulio Cesare who died in a road accident

Frattamaggiore. The investigation by the Carabinieri of the Caivano branch will shed light on the accident that killed 17-year-old Davide di Giulio Cesare from Crispano.

The young man was traveling on a scooter last night in the company of a 16-year-old friend and was returning home when, in Via Roma in Frattamaggioore, for reasons still being ascertained, he impacted a Jeep that was traveling in the opposite direction.

The impact was very violent and the two young people riding the scooter were thrown meters away. Davide died on arrival at the hospital while his sixteen-year-old friend is in very serious conditions.

The magistrate of the Naples North Prosecutor's Office who coordinates the investigation is awaiting the results of the tests carried out on the jeep's driver. Then he will decide his position also in view of the autopsy.

The mayor of Crispano, Michele Emiliano, on the institutional Facebook page wanted to express his condolences to the family: “I learned with immense sorrow of the death of a son of our city, which occurred last night and was caused by a terrible road accident in Frattamaggiore while another young man is hospitalized in serious conditions.

The bitterness for a tragic death that took away the young Davide Di Giulio Cesare is enormous, forever depriving him of the affection of his family and his many friends. Davide's death is yet another death of a young man in our community. An infinite sadness.

My deepest condolences to his family, from me, the entire municipal administration and the municipal employees.

I also want to extend our thoughts and support to the other young man involved in the accident, who is currently hospitalized. We pray for his speedy recovery and remain close to his family in this difficult ordeal”.

Even the mayor of frattamaggiore Marco Antonio Del Prete he wanted to convey the city's closeness to the young victim's family.

“The tragedy that occurred at dawn on the patronal feast in our area, in which unfortunately a 17-year-old boy lost his life, has shocked an entire city.
