Collapse in Poggioreale, relatives of the deceased: "We dig to find our loved ones"

A group of citizens gathered at the cemetery to demonstrate against the interruption of work by Metropolitana Spa, which blocked the construction site for ten months. During the protest, participants expressed their strong disappointment with the slogan: “Enough, the prefect must intervene”.

The situation has raised concerns among residents, who fear a further delay in completing the work and, consequently, inconvenience for the community. The protest organizing committee has urged the competent authorities to intervene to clarify the situation and ensure the immediate resumption of construction activities.

Discontent is growing among residents of the area, who have been waiting for months for concrete answers regarding the progress of the work and the initial promises of completion. The request for intervention by the prefect represents a further step to attract the attention of the institutions and resolve a problem that is causing no small amount of inconvenience.
