Pisciotta, woman attacks ex-boyfriend: no-approach order issued

In Pisciotta, in the heart of the Cilento, the Carabinieri executed an order to remove a 34-year-old Romanian woman, resident in the Salerno municipality, from the family home and to prohibit her from approaching the injured party.

The order, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Vallo della Lucania at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, arose from an investigation into mistreatment of the woman's ex-partner.

The investigators' reconstructions have confirmed numerous episodes of physical violence perpetrated by the 34-year-old against the victim. The precautionary measure aims to protect the man and prevent further episodes of aggression.
