On March 2, at 19 p.m., the curtain rises on “Mai fatto SOLD OUT,” a stand-up comedy show with Marco Ceccotti. The show is a unique combination of puppets, signs, audio inserts and music, elements that Ceccotti uses to amplify the humor and shift the focus away from himself.

An oxymoronic comic author

The presentation notes define Ceccotti as an author full of contradictions, capable of coexisting harmoniously. Although he has never sold out, he continues to tread the stage with audacity, using monologues and sketches that explore his achievements and failures, inviting the audience to self-irony.

Career and awards

Marco Ceccotti, appreciated for his long-standing work as a puppeteer and actor at the Teatro San Carlino in Rome, has performed in various OFF theaters in Italy for over two decades. His career includes notable collaborations with programs such as “Propaganda Live” and “610” by Lillo & Greg. Recognized by Teatro Argentina as one of the “6 New Voices of Italian Drama,” he received the Inbox Award in 2022 for the show “Questo Splendida Non Belligeranza.” He is currently involved in the project “Comedy Against the Machine,” collaborating with Impact Hub. Starting February 27, Marco Ceccotti will also appear among the protagonists of the “LOL Talent Show” on Prime Video.
