Cassino– Carlo Fucci, originally from Airola (Benevento), is the new Chief Prosecutor of the Republic of Cassino (Frosinone). The official installation will take place next Friday, in the presence of Giuseppe Amato, Attorney General of Rome.
Fucci, a prominent figure in the judicial panorama of Campania and Lazio, brings with him a curriculum of over thirty years of experience, gained in complex contexts such as that of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta), where he worked as a deputy prosecutor dealing with investigations into serious crimes and mafia infiltration.
Former secretary general and vice president of the National Association of Magistrates, Fucci is the son of Giuseppe Vittorio Fucci, former regional councilor of Campania and mayor of Airola, and brother of Vittorio Fucci, former regional councilor.
“After decades in the land of the Camorra, I have also acquired skills in management roles,” he told Ansa. “I am enthusiastic about putting my experience at the service of the Cassino Prosecutor's Office, which operates in a complex territory, from the Alto Casertano to the provinces of Frosinone and Latina, up to the Gaeta coast and the Pontine Islands.”
