Rome, – A legal storm has arisen from the Constitutional Court regarding the third mandate, and Vincenzo De Luca, president of the Campania region, wasted no time in commenting on Facebook.
“An extraordinary legal performance,” he wrote, referring to the Court’s decision. De Luca’s criticism did not stop there, as he described the ruling as the acceptance of a “bizarre thesis, conceived in the hearing, which horrified authoritative constitutionalists.”
The president then added, with a hint of irony, that the good news is that “there will be a lot of work for the painters.” The reason? According to him, it will be necessary to erase the writing in all the judicial offices of the country: “the law is equal for everyone.”
With these words, De Luca wanted to underline his disapproval for the decision taken by the Court. The statement of the President of Campania has raised many criticisms, highlighting the umpteenth clash between politics and justice, with a touch of caustic humor that certainly does not go unnoticed.
