As part of the territorial controls by the local police officers of Arzano, directed by Colonel Biagio Chiariello, three foreign individuals were stopped at different times and, following illegal conduct, were taken to the offices of the Naples Police Headquarters.
Countries of origin: Pakistan and Nigeria, these are the origins of three people who were subjected to checks during the targeted checks to combat illegal immigration, two of them following the commission of crimes, and were discovered not to have with them the documentation certifying their regular entry and stay in Italy.
Taken to the State Police offices for photo identification, it emerged that they were clandestinely present in Italy due to lack of a residence permit.
At the end of the operations, 3 illegal immigrants were reported for the violation of art. 10 bis of Legislative Decree 286/98, as well as for the adoption of the measure of rejection at the border as they could not enter the Schengen Area.
Two of them were also reported for waste abandonment as they were caught red-handed in the popular district of 167, on board a car that had been seized for lack of insurance coverage and which will be confiscated.
Those who have given hospitality to the foreigners who will be reported to the Judicial Authority have also been summoned to the office.
The Magistrate on duty was notified of the identification arrest, both for the escort and for the release, and the report was sent to the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North.
