Controversial finale of the Com&Te Award: Stefania Divertito investigates the environmental massacre in the great literary closing

Tomorrow, Tuesday 27 May, the literary and environmental world will face a bomb of truth at the Capodimonte Museum in Naples, where the fifth and final event of the XVI edition of the Com&Te Award promises to shake consciences with a debate without mincing words.

In Hall 20 on the first floor of the museum, the event will feature journalist Stefania Divertito and her book **Uccidere la Natura Come l'umanità nuda e salva l'ambiente** (Il Saggiatore), a frontal attack on the idea of ​​progress that mercilessly exploits the planet's resources. The text does not limit itself to denouncing, but openly challenges the way we treat the Earth, painting a crude picture where Nature is a living being under siege, with humanity called to rethink everything to avoid a future of "silent victims".

The journalist, known for her cutting investigations on the environment and pollution, will present the book in dialogue with the Hon. Dr. Guido Milanese, former deputy and current Delegate Advisor to the Minister of the Environment at the ENR, and the school principal Mariella Incoronato, both members of the Prize Jury. Before the meeting, students from the high schools of Cava de' Tirreni – the so-called popular jury – will lead a visit to the museum, transforming the event into a sort of practical lesson on art and ecological disasters.

The organizers did not spare their enthusiasm: **“We thank Prof. Eike Dieter Schmidt, director of the Museum and Royal Wood of Capodimonte” – says Silvia Lamberti, president of the association Comunicazione & Territorio – “for having given us this wonderful opportunity to close the literary events of this edition in a site of art and culture like the Royal Palace of Capodimonte”**. And that’s not all: **“With the appointment in Capodimonte” – adds Pasquale Petrillo, creator and curator of the literary award – “we are closing in a sensational way an edition dedicated to the environment that has proved to be very interesting both for the quality of the essays presented and for the skill and great communication skills of the authors invited”**.
