Marano, teacher suspended for mistreatment of pupils at a primary school

A teacher from a primary school in Marano di Napoli has been suspended from service for one year with a precautionary order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples North, as part of an investigation coordinated by the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North.

The woman is accused of mistreating some students, with harassing and violent conduct.

The investigations, conducted by the Carabinieri of the Marano Operations Section, began after reports from some parents, concerned about the anomalous behavior of their children, who expressed fears and anxieties related to the school environment.

The teacher was suspended for 12 months

These signs ceased after the children were transferred to another institution. The investigations confirmed that, between October and December 2024, theteacher he allegedly committed verbal and physical attacks, including insults, threats and beatings, against the pupils of a nursery school class.

The GIP has ordered the prohibitive measure of suspension from public office for 12 months, pending judicial developments.
