Naples, TikToker Michele Napolitano's Arrest Confirmed: He's Under House Arrest

The precautionary measure was confirmed and house arrest was ordered for the well-known tiktoker Michele Napolitano, arrested armed with a loaded revolver on the night of Napoli's championship celebrations.

He had been stopped by the police in Via Acton in Naples at the end of a chase that began when, riding a scooter together with two other people, he had tried to escape from a road block.

After a fight with the soldiers, two of whom were injured, during which he attempted to hide a .38 special caliber pistol with six bullets, he was finally stopped.

The tiktoker hit the headlines because he was denounced several times by the deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli because of his behavior. In February 2024, he was denounced for stalking a 16-year-old.

In October 2023, however, he was among those reported by the mayor of Bacoli for the continuous activity of spreading fake news that fueled fears in the population of the Phlegraean area related to the phenomenon of bradyseism. Several videos reported on Borrelli's FB page where the same Napolitano glorified criminal behavior.
