Transformation, awareness, rebirth. These three words encapsulate the soul of New Me, the new instrumental single by Marcello Sutera. The Sicilian bassist and producer, who has always been attentive to the emotional dimension of music, offers a song that tells a personal journey of growth and change.
The single was recorded at the Farmhouse Studio in Rimini, a place chosen not by chance: "I was looking for an intimate environment, where I could express myself with sincerity", said Sutera. *New Me* is already available on all the main digital platforms, awaiting the album of unreleased songs that will be released by the end of 2025.
The song is just a taste of the larger recording project the artist is working on. An album that promises to explore new sounds and moods, while maintaining a strong bond with the jazz-funk tradition. In the meantime, Sutera continues the summer tour with DadFunk, a band with which he has shared the stage for several years. New dates are added to the calendar, confirming the growing interest of the public for this musical return.
