Salerno, sells alcohol to minors: bar closed for 15 days

Tight controls in public places by the State Police Salerno, with particular attention to the administration of alcoholic beverages.

During the checks, several irregularities emerged: in some commercial establishments, failure to comply with the requirements set out in the licenses was ascertained and, in one case, the serving of alcohol to minors under 16 years of age.

For this latest violation, the Police Chief ordered the temporary closure for 15 days of a bar in the city center. The owners of the premises involved were fined and reported.

The Police Chief of Salerno invites citizens, and especially parents, to report similar incidents even anonymously through the YOUPOL app, useful for countering phenomena that generate social alarm.
