Arzano, illegal occupation of public land and tax evasion: fines and seizures

Arzano – The fight against all forms of illegality in the area by the local police continues without stopping.

The monitored behaviors are the illegal occupations of public land by traders and private individuals with the subtraction of public spaces from citizens.

Over 30 commercial activities and 11 private individuals who occupied public spaces with various goods displayed on public streets ended up in the sights of the agents coordinated by Colonel Biagio Chiariello.

Elevate over 40 fines pursuant to art. 20 of the Highway Code for unauthorized occupation of the road surface for a maximum amount of over 27 thousand euros and order to restore the state of the places.

In both cases, the businesses were found to be unauthorized and therefore closed with trade sanctions of over 10 thousand euros.

This is the result of operations throughout the country against bad habits and arrogance.
The checks were also extended to the fiscal aspects where many were found not to have paid local taxes and the unpaid taxes with tax evasion were reported to the tax authorities.
