Written by the artist himself and produced by Francesco Priolo, the song alternates introspective verses with explosive choruses, in which the voice becomes an instrument of liberation. It is the typical pop-punk that is not afraid to be vulnerable, but does so with strength and melodic impact.

No aesthetic regrets, just emotional truth. More than a song, it's a necessary venting. Tell me you're not afraid anymore is what happens when you let go of the mask, when the voice becomes louder than the silence, and melancholy turns into a rebirth shouted at the top of your lungs. It's the beginning of a new awareness, said to yourself before anyone else.

Hail Rico is the heart split in half between tears and sparks, a musical project that lives in contrast: on one side the emotional sweetness of pop, on the other the shouted anger of pop-punk. Its songs oscillate between melancholic ballads and choruses that split, between fragility and strength, between those who ask "why" and those who scream "enough". The logo - a heart divided between purple tears and pink horns - says it all: you can't be truly energetic if you've never been truly sad. Born between iconic covers and original songs, Ave Rico is a voice for those who feel too much, love too much and, sometimes, no longer know which side to be on.

Raised between garage rehearsals, bands with friends, rock riffs and metalcore breakdowns, he lived intensely that phase made of sweat, dreams and distortions. An identity born from the need to do it alone, but without giving up the collective scream. His songs are a journey between melancholic pop and energetic pop-punk, in which broken hearts and verses that push you to get up coexist.

Ave Rico has announced the new live dates he will be starring in during the summer of 2025.

BIOGRAPHY

Riccardo Celi is aka Ave Rico, a solo project born in 2020 from the need to write and bring his emotions to another level, after various militias in metalcore and rock bands. He began producing and writing songs for himself and other artists, mixing modern singer-songwriter pop with the most aggressive pop/punk taken from his “metal” origins. In 2021 he met Francesco Priolo, who would become his co-producer, mix/master engineer and guitarist, to further develop the project especially in a live version with the band. In 2023 he began to transform all this into a social format, creating pop punk covers, from cartoons to classic Italian pop songs; publishing every day with consistency and dedication and with the love that distinguishes him for music, he achieved a fair amount of success in terms of numbers and attention on Instagram and TikTok, also being reposted by Jared Leto, Anggun, Crash Adam and other artists. Now he is preparing the new live show, ready more than ever to take his music around and to make all the hearts ready to listen cry and jump. Since 2022 he has been under Management with the LookUP agency!
