Colli Aminei, 47-Year-Old Arrested While Stealing from a Car

Naples – The State Police arrested yesterday afternoon a 47-year-old Neapolitan, already known to the police, for attempted car theft in the Colli Aminei neighborhood.

The man was also charged with unjustified possession of altered keys or lock picks.

Blitz in Via Nicolardi: caught tinkering with the car

The officers of the Arenella Police Station intervened quickly in via Nicolardi, following a report of theft on a parked vehicle reached the Operations Room. Upon their arrival, the police officers noticed the 47-year-old busy tinkering with the reported car.

Noticing the presence of the officers, the man attempted to evade the check by hiding a purse on one of the vehicle's tires and trying to drive away.

However, he was promptly reached and stopped by the operators. Inside the bag, the police found several tools suitable for burglary, confirming the suspicions about his criminal intent.
