Original Marines Investigation, Interdiction Measure for the President of the Order of Accountants of Naples

Napoli – There is also Eraldo Turi, president of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Napoli, among the recipients of the interdictory measures issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Nola, as part of the investigation conducted by the Economic and Financial Police Unit of the Guardia di Finanza of Naples. The investigation is coordinated by the Nola Prosecutor's Office, led by prosecutor Marco Del Gaudio.

The precautionary measure includes a one-year ban from carrying out business activities and from taking on managerial roles. In addition to Turi, other top management members of the company Original Marines Spa (formerly Imap Srl) have also been affected, which ended up at the center of the investigation for crimes ranging from false accounting to the undue receipt of public funds, up to the use of false invoices and the abusive exercise of financial activities.

The investigation is part of a broader investigation that in recent days has also led to personal precautionary measures and preventive seizures for a value of over 37 million euros, linked to the activities of the well-known company active in the large-scale distribution of children's clothing.
