Naples, 9-month-old baby in coma: mother's parental responsibility suspended

Napoli – Il Tribunale per i Minorenni di Potenza ha disposto la sospensione temporanea della responsabilità genitoriale per la madre del neonato di nove mesi ricoverato in coma all’ospedale Santobono di Napoli.

The little one had arrived in serious condition at the emergency room in Sapri in recent days. The precautionary measure, issued to protect the woman's two children, also includes an absolute ban on approaching and contacting both minors.

The older brother, aged four, was entrusted to social services and taken into a protected community.

Meanwhile, the nine-month-old remains in critical condition. Authorities are continuing their investigations to clarify the circumstances that led to the tragedy, while the local community is anxiously following the developments of the story.
