The ones who confessed to the crime were Andrea and Michele Di Gennaro, brothers aged 34 and 42, now arrested by the Carabinieri on charges of aggravated voluntary homicide.

The victim is Antonio Di Gennaro, 72 years old, resident in Quarto, in the Naples area. His body was found hidden in a chest inside his children's home, during a search carried out by the military of the Quarto lieutenancy and the Pozzuoli company.

The man had disappeared on June 3: his current partner had reported his absence, having become suspicious because he was no longer answering the phone. police The two sons had said that their father had gone abroad with another woman. But the version began to falter.
