Sala Consilina, car crash: 5 young people injured

Sala Consilina – The toll of road accidents along the roads of Campania is increasingly worrying. And if we look at the numbers of the last two days we are at 5 accidents with 4 deaths and six injuries, one of which is in serious condition.

THElast in chronological order it occurred last night in the municipal territory of Sala Consilina. Five young people were injured, not seriously, after the car in which they were traveling went off the road and ended up against a low wall.

The car, a Toyota Yaris, for reasons currently being investigated, ended up off the road, also damaging a private charging station for electric vehicles. Two 118 ambulances intervened on the scene and took the boys to the hospital in Polla for treatment.

None of the injured are said to be in worrying conditions. firefighters of the Sala Consilina detachment worked to secure the area and remove the damaged vehicle.

The driver of the car has been subjected to all the necessary tests to verify whether he was fit to drive at the time of the impact: and we are awaiting the results of the analyses.
