UEFA Pro Coaching Course Completed in Coverciano, with Students Fabregas and Hamsik

Share

The bell has rung for the last time at Coverciano, at least for this year. The UEFA Pro course has officially concluded, the highest level of training for coaches, a true passport for those who dream of sitting on a Serie A bench or in top international clubs. A long, intense journey, rich in theory and practice, experienced between the classrooms of the Federal Technical Center and the fields of the big clubs.

Protagonists, well-known faces of football and aspiring football strategists. From Fabio Pisacane, the new coach of Cagliari, to Cesc Fabregas, who will lead Como, passing through Marek Hamsik and Guido Pagliuca, chosen by Empoli for next season. In the same class also those who, like Marco Landucci, will be ready to sit next to the greats again, in the role of assistant. A real educational "Superleague", where from adversaries on the field we have found ourselves study companions, united by the desire to learn, update ourselves, grow.

The course saw the students interact not only with federal teachers, but also with key figures in national and international football: from the coach of the women's national team Andrea Soncin, to coaches Allegri, Sarri, Di Francesco, Benitez, up to managers such as Ausilio and Marani. Moments of training and inspiration, including tactics, psychology, regulations, training methodology, without neglecting communication and constant comparison with leading experiences, thanks also to training internships in clubs such as Chelsea, Ajax, Lazio and Como.

Now comes a short summer break, just enough time to catch your breath, complete your theses and prepare for your final exams. Then, for the new UEFA Pro graduates, the doors to the football that counts will really open. From Coverciano to the big stage: next season will see them as opponents, each on their own bench, but all children of the same school. The one where you learn to be a coach, before being a leader.
