IBoss Michele Orefice, 46, believed to be the head of the criminal group of the same name linked to the Pezzella clan, wanted to kill TikToker Luigi Di Stefano, guilty, he said, of having had a relationship with his ex-lover.

And for this he had given the task to his son Luigi, 21 years old, and to his faithful Pietro D'Angelo, 23 years old, to carry out the punitive mission. The woman also had to be punished.
But this morning the boss and the other two were notified of a precautionary prison order by the agents of the Naples Flying Squad and those of the Frattamaggiore police station for the attempted murder of the restaurateur. tiktokers of Sant'Antimo, owner of the fishmonger's restaurant “Il Sole di Notte”.
The investigations have brought to light a crucial conversation intercepted on May 15, 2025 between the boss Michele Orefice and his former lover, despite his detention. This dialogue has allowed investigators to consolidate evidence of the involvement of the Orefice family both in the beating of the woman and in the subsequent armed raid against the tiktoker.
The conversation took place a few days after Michele Orefice's now ex-lover had been brutally beaten by a woman, "hired" according to the Prosecutor's Office, by Luigi Orefice.
In the confrontation, the woman asked Goldsmith to lower her voice to avoid gossip and to not be associated with the image of someone who “steals husbands”. Orefice responded that this was not his problem and that he had wanted the relationship. The woman said she was very disappointed by his behavior.
Orefice interrupted her, asking if she was recording, and she denied it, expressing surprise at his suspicion. The woman reminded Orefice of the two years they had spent together, saying she had never given him any reason to doubt her. Orefice then asked her if she had run to a Goldbet to call her friend “when the mess happened that morning,” clearly referring to when he had “had her beaten up.”
On the same day, May 15, 2025, a further conversation between Orefice and the woman, also intercepted, revealed, according to investigators, the role of the boss in the wounding of Luca Di Stefano. Orefice, with a sarcastic tone, asked his lover if she had gone to "take care of her boyfriend", and she responded with indifference.
Orefice continued asking her what she had “understood with that mouth”, implicitly threatening to have her arrested. The woman replied that no one “would trust” to carry that on their conscience and that if they had had a conscience like hers, the situation would have been different.
It all happened on the evening of May 13, 2025 in Sant'Antimo: Pietro D'Angelo, with his face covered, bursts into the place ordering the customers to leave. He points the gun towards the kitchen and fires two shots, wounding Di Stefano in the hand.
The tiktoker's reaction is like something out of a movie: he grabs tables and throws them at the killer, making him lose his balance during the shot. The passing of a police car with sirens blaring makes the hitman flee.
“I thought it was a prank video, then I saw the gun,” Di Stefano then told us, known for his reels in which he cooks fish with irony.
