Sant'Antimo, TikTok restaurateur Luca Di Stefano injured for reasons of passion: three arrested

IIn just under two months, the case of the wounding of the well-known TikTok restaurateur from Sant'Antimo, Luca Di Stefano, was solved.

In fact, the State Police today executed a custodial order against three people accused of the armed raid that took place last May 13 inside the restaurant-fishmonger's shop "Il sole di notte".

The shooting, which took place in the presence of numerous customers, had left ferito the owner, Luke DiStefano, a very active character on social media. The joint investigations of the Flying Squad and the Frattamaggiore Police Station, coordinated by the Naples Prosecutor's Office, have allowed us to reconstruct the dynamics and motive of the ambush.

A passionate motive at the origin of the raid

According to the investigations, the action would have been deliberate and carried out as a reaction to an alleged romantic relationship undertaken by Di Stefano with a woman who, previously, would have been linked to one of the suspects. A passionate motive, therefore, would have triggered the violent retaliation.

The GIP of the Court of Naples, at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, issued a custodial order for the three arrested. The three will have to answer, to varying degrees, for attempted murder, possession and carrying of a weapon, all crimes aggravated by the mafia method, and receiving stolen goods.

A few days before the injury, Luca Di Cristofaro had also suffered an attempted theft in his restaurant and had posted a video of the thief inviting him to come and work for him
