Negotiations are on hold: Porto are tightening their demands regarding Rodrigo Mora's buyout; an emergency meeting is being held at Trigoria, but everything remains to be finalized.

A tense day at Trigoria: negotiations for Rodrigo Mora appear to be slowing down due to more stringent demands from Porto. According to rumors, Gasperini, D'Amico, and the new CEO Galantic attended an urgent meeting to review the situation. The Portuguese club has reportedly requested guarantees regarding the buyout, preferring certainty of payment next year and the option to retain a percentage of any future resale. Unofficial sources also report hypothetical figures for a onerous loan and a total buyout close to €50 million, but these figures remain to be verified.
The crux of the matter is the buyout formula: Porto would push for a conditional obligation tied to easily verifiable parameters (appearances or results), while Roma would like to retain the freedom to decide by summer 2027. Mora, born in 2006, is considered an interesting prospect and the negotiation remains open: at the moment, these are rumors with contacts underway, not a definitive agreement.
