LIVE – Lukaku officially joins Fenerbahçe: the deal figures

Romelu Lukaku is a new Fenerbahçe player: the Turkish club announced the deal with posts on their social media channels, and shortly thereafter, a club statement was also published on Napoli's social media channels confirming the permanent transfer. After two seasons with the Azzurri, the Belgian leaves Serie A with 45 appearances, 15 goals, and 11 assists; with the team, he won one Scudetto and one Italian Super Cup.

According to media reports, Fenerbahçe have closed the deal for a fee of around €6 million, with €3 million tied to bonuses (€2 million for individual goals and €1 million for winning the league), according to Sky Sport's Francesco Modugno. It should be noted, however, that the financial details have not yet been officially confirmed by the clubs in a joint statement; therefore, the exact payment terms remain unclear. Lukaku's experience in Turkey now begins: the first official images in the yellow and blue jersey and the customary medical tests are expected in the coming days.
