Difficulties at the port of Pozzuoli forced heavy vehicles to divert to Naples, a temporary solution that avoided blocking connections to Ischia and Procida.

However, the situation remains critical and requires more defined and transparent institutional intervention. Francesco Emilio Borrelli, MP for the Green-Left Alliance, expressed appreciation for the measure adopted, but emphasized the urgent need for a clear and verifiable timeline from the government.

"We need to know how long it will take to secure the unsafe buildings and restore the port of Pozzuoli to full operation," Borrelli stated, emphasizing that the affected population must be able to count on firm dates and concrete interventions. Beyond the port's functionality, the MP drew attention to the plight of those displaced by the bradyseism, requesting precise information on the number of people still without stable accommodation, the expected timeframe for assigning new housing, and the financial resources allocated for this purpose.

According to Borrelli, emergency management cannot be based on announcements but must be based on transparency and immediate responses, in order to guarantee safety and certainty to the citizens involved.
