Carabinieri officers from the Marcianise Company performed extraordinary operations on the night between September 12th and 13th: one man was arrested on a warrant, four people were charged, drug-related charges were reported, and over €18.000 in fines were issued.

During the evening and night of September 12th and 13th, the Carabinieri of the Marcianise Company conducted an extraordinary patrol of the territory aimed at preventing crime, combating drug dealing, and monitoring road safety. Six patrols and 12 military personnel participated in the operation; 185 people and 93 vehicles were checked.
In Marcianise, the local police station executed a prison order issued by the Naples Court of Appeal against a man, born in 1976, convicted of failing to comply with a mandatory expulsion order and evading arrest between 2016 and 2025. The man will serve a sentence of one year and two months of house arrest.
Also in Marcianise, the Mobile Radio Unit reported a man, born in 1983 and resident in Capodrise, suspected of theft, extortion, domestic violence, and illegal possession of weapons. According to the investigation, the man showed up armed with a knife at a pharmacy on Via Musone to attempt to obtain a prescription drug; the knife was seized.
In Gricignano di Aversa, officers from the local station reported a 1985-born man, resident in Carinaro, for money laundering. During a traffic stop, the 40-year-old was found to be driving a Fiat Panda, which turned out to be a "clone." The vehicle and license plates have been seized for investigation.
During the anti-drug operation, two people were reported to the Prefecture for possession of approximately 5 grams of hashish in total.
On the road safety front, 31 traffic violations were issued, totaling approximately €18.200; two vehicles were seized or administratively detained.
The operation is part of the Marcianise Company's routine enforcement activities aimed at strengthening the Carabinieri's presence, preventing illegal conduct, and ensuring public safety. The charges against the individuals reported are currently under investigation and will be assessed in subsequent phases of the proceedings, respecting the presumption of innocence.
