Cardito, shots fired at the door of a company

In Cardito, on Via Galileo Ferraris, unknown individuals fired a shotgun at the entrance door of a business located on the same street last night.

The alarm was raised by 112, and the Carabinieri responded to the scene following the report. They found and seized a 9x21 caliber shell casing. They have also launched an investigation to clarify the circumstances of the incident and identify any potential culprits; this investigation is currently ongoing.

The company owner was interviewed for a brief interview and ruled out threats or extortion, explaining that he could not explain the motives behind the act.

The Carabinieri are searching for images useful for their investigation from public and private cameras in the area.
