During a house search in Sessa Aurunca, a 31-year-old local man was found in possession of cocaine and drug-dealing equipment. Officers found approximately 220 grams of the substance, €315 in cash, packaging materials, and a precision scale.

The man, who already had a criminal and police record, was arrested in flagrante delicto for possession of narcotics with intent to sell and, by order of the Judicial Authority, was placed under house arrest at his home.

The operation was carried out by the Operational Unit of the Sessa Aurunca Carabinieri Company and is part of the daily activities to prevent and combat drug dealing in the area, aimed at intercepting distribution channels.

The proceedings are in the preliminary investigation phase and the suspect's liability will have to be determined with a final sentence.
