Sexual assault in Ischia: 76-year-old arrested

It has become definitive and that is why this morning he returned to prison where he will spend the next almost six years of his life despite his no longer young age.
The criminal offence he was accused of in 2009 is very serious: sexual assault.
This morning, officers from the Ischia Police Station arrested a 76-year-old Neapolitan man at his home in Serrara Fontana, following a prison warrant issued yesterday by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples – Criminal Enforcement Office. He had been sentenced to 5 years, 10 months, and 27 days in prison for the crime of sexual assault, committed in Serrara Fontana in 2009.
