Sala Consilina, woman bitten by three rottweilers

Attacked and injured by three rottweilers. It happened in Sala Consilina , in the Salerno area, to a woman in her early thirties, who was bitten on both her legs and arms.
The owner of the three dogs intervened at the scene of the attack and managed with difficulty to protect the woman and calm the rottweilers. The attacked woman was taken bleeding to the nearby hospital in Polla where she was found to have several injuries: the most serious to an ankle and an arm.
The local police station is investigating the incident to reconstruct its exact dynamics.
