Acerra, the scientific police for 8 hours in the house of little Giulia

Acerra – A baby was mauled by the family dog. Forensic police left the home after eight and a half hours. The investigation, checks, and on-site inspection concluded after an interminable day at the apartment in the Ice Snei neighborhood of Acerra, the site of the tragedy that claimed the life of nine-month-old Giulia Loffredo.

The incident occurred on the night between February 15 and 16, when the little girl was attacked by the family pitbull. The area affected by the attack was the subject of intense surveys for eight and a half hours, necessary to collect every possible clue useful for the investigation.

According to the story of the girl's father, Vincenzo Loffredo , who is currently under investigation for manslaughter, some relatives cleaned the blood from the apartment before it was sealed.

Objectives of the investigations

Forensic efforts are now focused on identifying any remains or traces that could confirm the father's version of events and accurately reconstruct the accident. This phase of the investigation is crucial to determining responsibility and better understanding the circumstances that led to the tragic event.
