Agerola, dogs tied and mutilated: Carabinieri report a 52-year-old man.

Agerola – Abused and injured dogs, among moldy meat and dirty water: the Carabinieri have reported a 52-year-old man.

Tied to 1-meter chains, their ears mutilated, their necks injured by the collar, and their paws and chests suffering from parasitic dermatitis: this is the state in which the Carabinieri of the Agerola station found two mixed-breed dogs.

Neither had a chip, and on the property where they were chained, they had only a bucket of dirty water and moldy meat scraps in a bowl. The 52-year-old landowner was charged with animal cruelty.
The two dogs were seized and entrusted to a judicial kennel in Pignataro Maggiore.
