Pozzuoli – Throughout Saturday, officers from the Pozzuoli Police Station, assisted by Municipal Police personnel, carried out an extraordinary patrol of the Arco Felice area and the historic center.
The operation led to the identification of 80 people – 9 of whom had criminal records – and the reporting of a business owner for serious urban planning and environmental violations, resulting in the seizure of the area.
Officers checked a total of 22 vehicles, reporting eight traffic violations. Particular attention was paid to environmental compliance: the business owner was reported to the judicial authorities for illegal construction and for abandonment, dumping, and uncontrolled storage of waste. The area was immediately seized by law enforcement.
