Girogustando enchants 18 visitors: a celebration of flavors and traditions in Seiano.

Seiano was decked out for the fifth edition of Girogustando, an event that attracted an extraordinary 18 visitors over three days. More than just a food festival, it was a true journey through flavors, culture, and traditions that highlighted the profound identity of the Sorrento Peninsula.

The event, promoted by APS Gens Seja under the leadership of President Ciro Buonocore, successfully combined high-quality cuisine with local crafts, music, and entertainment, creating a multidimensional experience for the audience. Artistic director Marco Palmieri orchestrated a rich program of concerts, DJ sets, and popular shows, showcasing the food and wine heritage without ever distracting from the food, the undisputed star of the event.

Around 150 chefs and restaurateurs, including Michelin-starred names, enlivened the village streets, offering a wide range of culinary offerings that celebrated the biodiversity and history of the area. Collaborations with prestigious partners such as Pizza a Metro, the Provolone del Monaco DOP Consortium, Slow Food, and Coldiretti further enriched the event, transforming each stand into a showcase of Campania's finest products.

The success of Girogustando goes beyond the numbers: it demonstrates how food can be a vehicle for cultural, economic, and tourism growth, cementing the event as one of the most anticipated summer events in Campania.
