Pozzuoli and Monterusciello: Hashish in the cellar: A 21-year-old arrested, and a 15-year-old also reported.

Pozzuoli – Drugs in the pockets of a minor, one arrest, and four charges for possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. This is the result of checks carried out by the Carabinieri of the Pozzuoli Company between Pozzuoli and Monteruscello.

The operation began with the arrest of Salvatore Pio Di Bonito, 21, already known to law enforcement. The young man was reportedly intercepted by officers while attempting to dispose of 33 grams of cocaine and a small bag containing marijuana.

Arrested before he could leave, the 21-year-old was also found in possession of precision scales and materials believed to be used to package the doses. After the usual formalities, he was placed under house arrest pending trial.

Hashish and cash on a 15-year-old

During the checks, the Carabinieri reported a 15-year-old and an 18-year-old, found with 11 bars of hashish and €212 in cash, an amount believed to be the possible proceeds of drug dealing.
A 37-year-old and a 34-year-old were also charged: officers allegedly found hashish and marijuana in their possession. Both are charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking.

The drugs found in a cellar in Monterusciello

Another seizure was made in a cellar on Via Pirandello, in Monterusciello. Thanks to the nose of a dog from the Quarto Local Police Unit, officers recovered a block of hashish weighing 95 grams, a small bag of cocaine, and a precision scale.

As part of the same operation, two people were reported for driving without a license, while another was reported after being caught driving while intoxicated.
