Tension erupts aboard a Naples-Ischia ferry: five passengers disembarked at Procida.

During a crossing from Naples to Ischia, with a stop in Procida, a group of passengers got into an argument aboard a fast ferry. The dispute appears to have originated from a dispute over a bag left on a chair.

The initially verbal argument escalated into shoving, but the immediate intervention of the flight crew prevented more serious consequences. The situation was reported to the competent authorities.

Upon landing in Procida, the Coast Guard and the Carabinieri were already present in the port and disembarked five people involved in the fight, accompanying them to the offices for identification and further investigations.
