Boscoreale, parents urged to purchase fans for classrooms: Borrelli (AVS) reports.

A report received by Green-Left Alliance MP Francesco Emilio Borrelli indicates that, due to high temperatures in classrooms, parents at the Nicola De Prisco elementary school in Boscoreale (Istituto Comprensivo “Dati”) were informally asked to purchase fans for the classrooms.

According to the complaint, the request was made informally and is drawing criticism from the MP, who calls the situation "unacceptable" if confirmed.

"It's unacceptable that, to guarantee minimum living conditions for students, we must once again rely on families' pockets. Children have the right to study in a dignified environment, especially on days of intense heat." — Francesco Emilio Borrelli (AVS).

Borrelli calls on the school administration and the Municipality of Boscoreale to immediately clarify what happened and intervene, each within their respective areas of expertise, to ensure adequate solutions in the classrooms. "Families can collaborate, but they cannot become the ATM of inefficiencies," the MP concludes.
