Arzano, camper storage destroyed: it's the second fire in less than a year.

Arzano – A new fire has struck the Via Ferdinando Graziano area. Last night, Carabinieri officers from the local station had to respond urgently to number 19 following a report of a large fire inside a camper storage facility.

The flames, which spread rapidly in the darkness, completely engulfed the area where several vehicles were crammed. According to initial reports, the toll was heavy: six vehicles were literally devoured by the fire and completely destroyed.

The immediate and massive intervention of the Fire Department proved crucial in limiting the damage. Following the completion of the extinguishing and safety operations, the Judicial Authority ordered the immediate judicial seizure of the entire area to allow for technical surveys. The Carabinieri are still investigating to determine the exact circumstances of the incident and clarify the nature of the fire, with no avenues currently being ruled out.

The incident has caused great concern in the local community, especially since it is the second serious event of its kind to occur at the same facility. The same approximately 1.000-square-meter warehouse had already been the site of a devastating fire on November 25, 2025. On that occasion, the structure, used for the storage of pharmaceutical products, was completely destroyed.

To put out the previous blaze, numerous firefighter teams from Naples, Afragola, and Giugliano had to be dispatched to the scene, supported by several fire engines and a ladder truck. The incredible sequence of events in such a short space of time is now heightening investigators' attention.
