Fuorigrotta, theft in a supermarket: reported

Fuorigrotta, supermarket theft: 40-year-old Georgian illegal immigrant with police record reported.

Yesterday afternoon, the agents of the General Prevention Office, during the territorial control service, on the orders of the Operations Center, intervened at a supermarket in via Lepanto for the report of a theft.

The police officers, who arrived on the scene, were approached by the security guard who said that, shortly before, he had stopped a person who had stolen 12 beard care products, worth approximately 68 euros, hiding them in his shoulder bag and, after paying for just one bottle of tea, had gone past the cash registers, setting off the anti-theft barriers.

The man, a 40-year-old Georgian illegally residing in the country and with a police record, was reported for aggravated theft and for illegal entry and residence in the country.
