The ban on approaching his ex issued by the Court of Naples North did not prevent a 33-year-old from Sant'Antimo from beating and raping the woman.

It is September when a 32-year-old woman from Aversa decides to report her violent boyfriend to the Carabinieri of Grumo Nevano. Twice. Her suffering does not go unheard and the Aversa Court issues a restraining order against her now ex.

The man does not give up and his jealousy and possessiveness terrify the woman to such an extent that she decides to go back to the police station to withdraw the complaint. She is not alone, with her ex.

The soldiers realize that something is wrong and the next day they summon the woman to the barracks.
The 32-year-old once again appears “escorted”, with a swollen face.

The Carabinieri confirmed what they suspected and, as soon as she was able to speak freely, the woman burst into tears of relief and told of the horrifying night she had spent.

The night before, her ex had waited for her to finish work before picking her up.
He allegedly took her to a house in Mondragone where he stole her cell phone.
The 33-year-old then allegedly beat her.
